I am an individual user of www.medereport.com, and I want to send medical reports to my user login on medereport.com. How do I do that?

Answer: You will have to send an email, with the report as an attachment, from the same email account you used when you registered. The email should be sent to [email protected]. After a few minutes the reports will show up in your inbox, and you can manage the reports as pr. the options in the system.
You register on www.medereport.com using your email address [email protected]. Your email ID becomes your username.

When you want to send a document to your user login you have to make sure:

1. You send the email from your registered email (in this case [email protected])

2. You send the email to [email protected] (It might take a few minutes before you documents are in your personal inbox in medereport.com)

We are a hospital and would like to be able to send a medical report to our patients user login on www.medereport.com. How do we do that?

Answer: Answer: In case you are a hospital (or a private Medical Doctor/ Specialist), and would like to send reports to your patients who have already registered on www.medereport.com, you would have to approach us on [email protected] and request us to register you in our system. Once registered, you will be able to send reports directly to the patients user login by sending an email with the report(s) as an attachment to [email protected] Cc: the patients registered email ID. In this case [email protected]
In case your patient is NOT registered you may ask the patient to register and inform you about the email ID, which has been used for registering on medereport.com.
